• Compliance with copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Avoidance of prohibited content (e.g., adult content, hate speech, illegal activities).

4.3 The Advertiser is responsible for monitoring the performance of its advertisements and making necessary adjustments.

5. Publisher Responsibilities

5.1 The Publisher agrees to display the Advertiser’s content in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and schedule.
5.2 The Publisher reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising material that violates its guidelines or Microsoft Ads policies.
5.3 The Publisher shall not be liable for any technical issues, downtime, or delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Termination
